No, no, no! “Good tea” from a tea bag? Try this: Step 1) order a 1/4 of loose leaf tea from SpecialTeas.com, like a single-estate Assam. 2) Put 1-2 tbsp of loose leaf in the strainer of a little teapot that makes two cups. 3) Pour boiling water over the tea and leave for 2 minutes. Pour a cup and sweeten and lighten with vanilla soymilk. THE BEST! Plus the tea ritual can’t be beat. :)

I beg to differ on this. It makes the world of difference if you switch your “insert hot water” with your “insert milk.” Milk first, then hot water. Trust me on this. If I say I’m a tea lady, you will agree.
