L.C. Time

Lest this become a blog about nothing more than pictures of me and the mostly famous people I’m interviewing for @aoldaybreak, let me just say that while I was shooting this fun interview with Fred Armisen, my little Whalen was at home sick with his very first cold. He turns 10 months tomorrow so we’ve been lucky on the health front (except for that first 5 days in the NICU…) but the cold reared its ugly head on Saturday and the poor boy has barely slept since because he can’t breathe. So whilst I was laughing it up with Fred and wearing his signature glasses in this pic, my mind was on the boy and how many minutes remained until I could see him again. 

He was doing much better when I finally say him this evening, laughing and smiling like a perfectly healthy boy and we all had a great, casual early bird Valentine’s dinner at Westville East. 

I’m grateful that the cold is on the way out and I’m grateful for my steady-as-a-rock valentine, my husband, who I’m just as smitten with as I was on our first Valentine’s day back in 2005.
