1. The Obama Bridge Rallies have become something of a viral phenom.  My mom is on the organizing committee for a big one in Sarasota, Florida coming up in about a week and a half.  I’m really proud of my mom and my dad for getting so involved in the Obama campaign in Florida.  It’d be so much easier to not do anything, especially where they live, surrounded by old, white Repubs.  But they’ve gotten after it, and I am a very, very proud daughter.
